Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz water equal to 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3/4 pound Green Beans, fresh ends trimmed
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 wedge yields Fresh Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)

Directions

  1. Place green beans in a large skillet; pour in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. As soon as water comes to a boil, cover pan and cook 3 minutes.
  3. Uncover pan, and stir in the olive oil. Cook 1 minute or until water evaporates and beans are crisp-tender.
  4. Squeeze the lemon over the beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and serve.
