Green Goddess Dressing (vegan optional)

Creamy, tangy, and delicious! This healthy version of Green Goddess dressing bursts with flavors from all of the fresh herbs and avocado. Make it vegan by leaving out the anchovy fillets and using your favorite a plant-based yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, Lowfat (or plant-based )
  • 1/2 cup Vegenaise Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 1 clove Garlic, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh , roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup sprigs Dill, fresh , roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Chives , sliced in small rounds
  • 2 Tbsp Tarragon, fresh , roughly chopped (dried okay too)
  • 1/2 fruit Avocado
  • 4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
